Daniel’s introduction to the legal practice defied the conventional approach. His academic accomplishments earned him one of ten prestigious full scholarships to William S. Boyd School of Law without taking the entry exam. Working through school as a bail agent, he developed uniquely practical skills in negotiation, friendly resolution of disputes, and demonstrated mettle in the face of confrontation.
After passing the bar exam on his first attempt, Daniel jumped into first-chair litigation while under contract as a public defender in Henderson, Nevada. Dozens of his criminal cases were dismissed due to his vigorous application of the law in evidentiary hearings and refusal to accept offers which were less than fair for his clients. As a civil attorney, Daniel led his own department at a well known personal injury firm and was responsible for coordinating expert witness testimony on complex medical issues for a revolving caseload of more than 200 plaintiffs.
Now under the Relief Lawyers banner, Daniel offers hands-on representation for clients who have been intentionally harmed in matters of business and personal well-being. His extensive knowledge in the presentation of evidence helps plaintiffs understand the evolution and value of their case, which often involves sensitive personal topics and safe handling of confidential information.
