I spent a couple of hours today calling law firms for an issue I have with my landlord. I decided to call Homeowners Relief Lawyers after I read one of the positive reviews. Jennifer professionally answered the phone & maintained that amazing professionalism throughout the conversation; with a touch of politeness, knowledge, and patience - I commend you for imperturbably listening to my "long story short" 😁 I was transferred to Kim, who displayed the same exceptional service; she too was phenomenally patient - as well as honest and informative. Thank you for the number you gave me for the Nevada State Bar and for making me laugh after I asked if you're open on the weekends😄; I needed that, especially in such a stressful time. While calling several law firms - just today - I've had various experiences; from speaking to receptionists/associates to having the "pleasure" of the attorney himself answering the phone. I won't name any names, but I can say that he made me feel uncomfortable from the git-go; I didn't want to judge so quickly so I continued on but that feeling, along with the desire to simply hang up, amplified as he "advised" me to just bear & grin it and pay off the rest of my lease as it's ONLY $9000 or bring him a $2500 retainer to fight in court. If I had the funds - based solely on my conversations with the two of you - I would come in for a consultation at Homeowners Relief Lawyers.
